PATCOM After Action Report
This is a post event report that needs to be submitted to MSD Nashville by one of our Coxswains if they have acted as PATCOM during a Marine event. Item 3, concerning violations and non-compliant vessels will always be N/A for us. The form can be filled out and e-mailed to our SO-OP.
